Each event gathered top industry expertise, showcasing cutting-edge technologies that captured global attention. 1. AERO Friedrichshafen (Germany)

This premier aviation event revealed boundless possibilities in flight technology.








Santroll's independently developed high-torque-density motor – designed for aviation – leverages ceramic-enhanced thermal conductivity to boost heat dissipation, ensuring that the motor can maintain stable operation even under long-term, high-load operating conditions, effectively avoiding performance degradation and failure risks caused by overheating.


The motor uses air cooling, eliminating the need for a complex cooling circulation system. This simplifies the structure while significantly reducing the overall weight and maintenance complexity of the motor, making it highly compatible with the stringent lightweight requirements of the aviation industry. With a maximum torque output of up to 3,200 N·m, it provides ample power for various aviation equipment. Whether it's the acceleration during aircraft takeoff or the continuous power supply during flight, it perfectly adapts to meet the power requirements of aviation operations.

2. Indonesia International Two-Wheeler & Parts Expo

Against Southeast Asia's booming mobility market, e-bike tech emerged as the expo's core focus. Santroll's inverter and motor innovations enable smoother, more efficient power delivery for micro-mobility vehicles, enhancing rider safety and convenience.






3. CHINA CYCLE (Shanghai)

As the most influential event of the bicycle industry, CHINA CYCLE continuously leading the trend of technological innovation, vividly interpreting the deep integration of tradition and innovation in the bicycle industry.







In the e-motorcycle segment, Santroll fully leverages its expertise in flat wire motor technology, drawing on its advanced electronic controller technology foundation, to develop a range of flat wire motor electronic control system solutions tailored to different application requirements, covering power ranges from 72V 3kW, 72V 5kW, to 96V 8kW.


4. Automotive Testing Expo (Stuttgart, Germany)

The high-quality development of the automotive industry relies heavily on advanced testing and quality control technologies. At this exhibition in Stuttgart, Germany, a wide range of cutting-edge automotive testing equipment was showcased. 





Santroll's self-developed 36,000 rpm high-speed motor test stand boasts a peak power of 682 kW and a peak torque of 605 N·m, setting a new benchmark in the industry. Additionally, the company's independently developed motor calibration system, sensor monitoring system, rotor dynamics test system, and automatic coaxial alignment system provide significant technical advantages in the field of high-speed motor test stands.



5. Vietnam Auto & E-Vehicle Expo (Ho Chi Minh)

At the New Energy Auto Parts and Electric Vehicle Exhibition held in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), the electric vehicle sector showed strong growth momentum. Among the technological advancements in core components for electric vehicles, breakthroughs in motor technology were particularly noteworthy.






Santroll's PMSM stand out with their innovative direct-drive solution, offering low costs and maintenance-free operation for the entire vehicle. In terms of power performance, they deliver stable power of 80 N.m at 2 minutes and 6.3 kW at 60 minutes, with dual-condition efficiency reaching 90%, fully meeting the demands of heavy-duty continuous operation for battery-swap vehicles. In terms of structural design, compared to products of the same class, the axial dimension is reduced by one-third, effectively improving vehicle space utilization. Additionally, it supports multiple power configurations, further enhancing adaptability to various application scenarios.



6. The Battery Show Europe

As the annual event for the battery industry, The Battery Show Europe comprehensively showcases technological achievements across the entire industry chain. Among these, power system solutions have become the core focus due to their diverse technological approaches and cutting-edge innovative features, providing highly valuable technical paradigms for cross-domain energy applications.





At the exhibition, a variety of power systems, including hybrid power systems, power electronics systems, and integrated control systems, were showcased. These systems are suitable for a wide range of applications, from new energy vehicles to industrial equipment, and from energy storage power stations to mobile power equipment, demonstrating the broad applicability and technological extensibility of power solutions.


7. CWIEME Berlin (Germany)

At the CWIEME Expo in Germany, the innovative iteration of coil manufacturing technology became the core highlight.

As Santroll's core product, flat wire motors demonstrate significant technical advantages: compared to traditional round wire motors, they have a larger high-efficiency operating range, with a maximum efficiency improvement of 1.5%.  Simultaneously, motor wear have been reduced from 4.5% to 3%, and temperature control performance has been enhanced. These technological breakthroughs not only enhance the cost-effectiveness of the product but also align closely with the market's demand for high efficiency and low loss in the electric drive sector, highlighting strong technical competitiveness and market adaptability.





8. IVT Expo (Cologne, Germany)

The IVT Expo in Germany focuses on the field of new energy, providing innovative practical approaches for the deep integration of industrial scenarios and new energy technologies. With the continuous deepening of new energy applications in the industrial field, there are increasingly rich examples of power systems being implemented in industrial vehicles and other scenarios.








Santroll focuses on the field of 3kW-30kW hybrid power system control, providing differentiated hybrid control solutions such as range extension, series, parallel, and mixed-series configurations. These solutions effectively enhance the overall power performance of the vehicle, achieving significant fuel savings and emissions reductions (fuel savings of 25%-40%), while also featuring core functions such as torque enhancement and traction control to meet diverse power requirements. Additionally, customized solutions can be provided to address the specific operational requirements of off-road vehicles, fully adapting to the diverse needs of different customers, thereby demonstrating the flexibility and specificity of the technology's application.



9. Coiltech USA

The Coiltech Exhibition focuses on cutting-edge developments in coil and motor technology. Motor design and manufacturing technologies are constantly advancing, with the use of new magnetic materials and optimized electromagnetic structures significantly improving motor efficiency and power density.







Santroll not only focuses on the technological research and development of flat wire motors, but also has the capability to independently design and configure complete flat wire motor production lines for customers. The high degree of integration between product and equipment development further enhances the performance and competitiveness of the products.


10. Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo (Netherlands)

Focusing on new directions in green shipping development, the potential of electric and hybrid ship technology attracted considerable attention at this event. Among these technologies, permanent magnet synchronous motors have been widely adopted in this field thanks to their core advantages of high efficiency and low noise.







In the marine engine field, products in the 30-140kW power range have become the mainstream choice for customers. Santroll has developed 290mm and 390mm flat wire motor platform, and the entire electric system adopts an in-cabin layout, which is widely compatible with various types of new energy ships, providing them with reliable power support.

In addition, the underwater small-diameter platform motor, as the smallest specification platform outside the current flat wire motor system, covers a power range of 10-40kW and is mainly compatible with pod propulsion systems. The launch of this series of products further enriches the electric propulsion solutions for small and medium-sized boats and effectively improves the user experience in this market segment.


11. EUROBIKE (Germany)

As an important exhibition in the micro vehicle field, EUROBIKE showcases innovative technologies in the bicycle industry. With its far-reaching influence and cutting-edge leadership, it has become an important barometer for the development of the industry.






Santroll showcased more than 35 core products at the exhibition, covering a wide range of products such as best-selling hairpin motors and stators, scooter controllers, electric bicycle controllers, electric motorcycle controllers, various instrument products, and multi-drive controllers, comprehensively presenting the technological achievements in the field of micro vehicle electric drive.


Among these, the ultra-compact controller MC-UC-6 (suitable for road bikes and folding bikes), complete sets of electric motor controllers for electric motorcycles, dual-drive controllers, four-wheel drive controllers, and flat wire motors attracted a large number of bicycle enthusiasts, industry professionals, and peers to stop and engage in discussions. The on-site interaction continued to heat up, fully demonstrating Santroll's technological competitiveness in the field of micro-vehicle electric drive systems.
